Mom: You know, when I was your age, I was really silly. In a lot of ways, I wasn't as mature as you are. I never thought about the future. BUT, on the other hand, I was the leader of 300 people. In that way, you are not as successful as I was.
Dad: Both not thinking about the future and being a leader of 300 people was because of the environment you grew up in.
Me: He means you were a communist.

So, I haven’t really made up my mind about grad schools yet, but I have a feeling I’m going to end up at UNC Chapel Hill like I had a feeling I was going to end up at William and Mary. Not a very strong feeling, but I admit it is there.
