Ten minute lunch: my imitation of Pho
Boil egg noodles. In separate pot, boil beef broth. Chop bak choy and add to broth. Chop eggs boiled in tea, chop beef tendons, Throw in bowl. Place noodles in bowl. Add broth and bak choy. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into bowl. Add a few drops of soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, and sriracha. Stir contents. Devour.
Took about 9 minutes to make and 1 minute to inhale.
